These terms apply to teachers who upload documents to Teacherly to sell.
Your work
You upload only work you made yourself and have the right to sell. You do not upload books, KNEC or KICD papers, or files taken from other people or websites.
Our review
We read every application and every document by hand. Nothing is published until we approve it, and we can decline a document or an application without giving a long explanation.
Earnings
You earn a share of each sale of your document. The share, the days we hold earnings, and the minimum payout are shown on the Upload and earn page and can change for future sales. You can take your balance as M-Pesa (you request it once it reaches the minimum and we pay it by hand) or as download credits.
Copyright complaints
If someone says a document copies their work, we review it. If the claim is confirmed, we remove the document, reverse its held earnings and add a strike to your account. After the strike limit your account is closed. You will be able to answer a claim before we decide.
Licence
You allow Teacherly to sell and deliver your document to buyers for personal classroom use. You keep the copyright in your work.
